This beautiful waterfront cottage was designed by Bob Chatham Custom Home Design. Bob designed this home to have the best possible views of the bay from several areas in the home. There is a large front porch for viewing the water from the front of the home, and a screened in side porch for relaxing. Jack Gibson, a retired home builder from Spanish Fort, AL was extremely helpful in putting together the experienced sub contractors during the building process. He also supervised the day to day activities that kept the project moving along well. His knowledge of building was extremely valuable and resulted in a quality built home.

Ron Carney of Laurel, MS was the interior decorator and was very involved during the complete project. Ron has a design company and store in Laurel, MS where he sells home decor items and furniture. His knowledge of decorating came through in this build and made it a comfortable and beautiful home to live in with his timeless decorating techniques.
