Founders Square is located in the heart of downtown Fairhope, it’s a quaint village just on the edge of the eastern shore of Mobile Bay. Moke and Susan O’Connor were attracted to this beautiful bay area because of its small vibrant community. With a rich historical background and unique shops, and restaurants all within walking distance, Fairhope is sure to capture your attention.

The couple decided to create this unique custom design with Bob Chatham, because of his understanding of Fairhope’s architecture and long history of designing in this area. They also selected Tom Aiken for the building of this charming and dynamic homestead as a result of his knowledge of the community paired with his quality to detail. From the glass door knobs, antique pantry door pieces, shiplap walls and wood ceilings, Susan and Moke worked with Bob and Tom to create a beautiful space.

Founders Square truly has a presence like none other, it carries the history of downtown Fairhope while providing its residence with a luxurious coastal lifestyle. With its timeless appearance and sea salt filled air, Founders Square provides a warm and inviting place for people to not only call home but to live the life of a true Fairhope native.
